Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 75 ml fresh mint
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 banana
  • 25 ml chia seeds
  • Approx 250ml (8oz) of coconut water (or to desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabulletor Vitamix.
  • Enjoy a nutritious and refreshing healthy drink.
