  • 250 ml frozen mangos
  • 1/2 thumb size ginger
  • 125 ml frozen banana
  • 125 ml vanilla protein powder
  • 125 ml beets
  • 500 ml coconut water


  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We recommend Nutrabullet or Vitamix.
