Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced small
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, whole
- 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves, torn by hand
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the tomatoes, olive oil, basil salt and pepper.
- Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and bake until lightly toasted, whentoasted rubbed the garlic cloves on the warm bread allowing the garlicessential oil to penetrate into the bread.
- Topped the bread with tomato mixture few leaves of basil leaves and adrizzle of olive oil.
