About Chef Dario Tomasellli
Chef Dario Tomaselli is a professional chef that has worked all over the world for 40 plus years.
At 6, he started cooking in his family kitchen in Italy. Then at 13 years old, he began working in his family pizzeria, at hotels and the butchery. He followed by getting his professional chef credentials from a well known school in Stresa, Italy and at 17 years old his culinary journey began in restaurants, hotels globally and now teaching chefs to have their diploma program degree for Italian cuisine. It takes 10,000 hours to master a skill and we want to share this skill with you with Passion Is Cooking and our Cook Like A Chef Basic knife skills training.
